The Undergraduate Nursing Employee (UNE) position consolidates the knowledge and skills acquired in an approved nursing education program, providing patient‑centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN). The UNE is an unregulated member of the health‑care team who delivers coordinated nursing care within a safe and supported environment.
Responsibilities
