Your key responsibilities

  • Leading and delivering strategic workforce planning programmes.

  • Managing client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact.

  • Generating revenue through business development and growing client accounts.

  • Providing best-practice workforce planning advice and shaping EY’s service offering.

  • Supporting recruitment and development of team members.
