Job Description
- Provide administrative support for arbitration procedures in coordination with legal advisors
- Monitor the progress of cases and ensure proper follow-up at each stage of the arbitration process
- Transcribe and update information into standardised templates throughout the procedure life‑cycle
- Ensure accurate and timely transmission of information between stakeholders
- Maintain organised filing systems, including document classification and archiving
- Support general administrative tasks related to case management
- Assist with travel arrangements (booking, coordination, logistics) when required
- Work in close collaboration with a team partner, handling case files jointly (two‑person coverage model)
