The Travel Desk team handles all business travel requests for colleagues from various departments of BYD Europe and BYD Group. You will be responsible for hotel bookings, tickets, invoicing, checking, and improving existing procedures.
Travel Desk oversees and monitores business travel costs per department, analysing booking data, and trying to minimize travel costs for the company.
