EHR: Epic
Shift: 12-hour days or nights; no block scheduling
Requirements: 2+ recent years of strong CVICU experience, BLS, telemetry interpretation, advanced critical care skills
Preferred: ACLS, CCRN, immediate post-op open-heart experience
Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, or 2:1 based on acuity
