Job Responsibilities 1. Transportation Dispatching • Manage daily vehicle scheduling to ensure on-time completion of transportation tasks. • Liaise with carriers, track task execution and resolve routine operational issues. • Support pickup capacity development and daily transportation operation management. • Maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) and complete data entry to guarantee data accuracy. 2. Transportation Support • Formulate and implement trunk line departure plans to ensure orderly route operation. • Participate in review and analysis of transportation cost data, and put forward optimization proposals. • Manage compliance documents for trunk and branch line transportation to align with laws, regulations and company policies. • Assist in the signing and filing of transportation contracts, and maintain partnership relations. • Support the formulation and review of carrier KPIs to drive continuous improvement. 3.
