Under routine supervision, the Capacity Procurement Representative is responsible for the negotiation of rates to meet load expectations while ensuring optimal margins. The incumbent will market the J. B. Hunt Carrier360 platform to carriers to increase efficiency and freight movement visibility. The incumbent is responsible for establishing a carrier base, ensuring freight is covered on time, and delivering best-in-class service execution.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm

English Level: Intermediate to advanced
