Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field .
- 5+ years of experience in transformation, project management, consulting, or operational improvement roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
