Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, new product development, and promotions.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities.
• Place point‑of‑buy materials and implement their placement.
• Report on activities and deliver field KPIs to meet annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Sales experience required, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
• Perseverance and attention to detail.
