Job Purpose BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Training Technician HR. This role is responsible for training production employees, ensuring the correct application of both practical and theoretical procedures, while promoting quality and safety standards in every operation.
Key Responsibilities - Provide support in executing the onboarding program for new hires.
- Monitor the training of hourly employees at workstations by conducting daily walkthroughs on production lines and areas.
- Sign and stamp Go-Fast forms.
- Manage training and certification forms for hourly employees, ensuring all documents are updated and properly filed in each employee’s record.
