Within the Scent Unit (10 collaborators) based in Neuilly (France), the trainee will report into the Marketing Director
Main role : contribute to the team’s day‑to‑day activities while helping build the foundations of future perfumery innovations:
+ Support market intelligence on perfumery trends => research on market info across different sources of data
+ Track emerging fragrance innovations => market watch and competions watch
+ Build and maintain a claims library=> semantic analysis on innovcation topics: performance, emotions
+ Drive knowledge‑sharing using internal digital tools=> Sharepoint
+ Contribute to fragrance and innovation storytelling content => product knowledge sharing
+ Create compelling PowerPoint presentations on innovations => cobuilt with me
