The Distribution and Credit Solutions group (DCS) is an integrated full-service platform geared to grow Societe Generale credit origination and to provide investors with the full suite of Credit services. It is a key component of the bank Asset light model.

DCS is supporting clients through unparalleled Securitized Products and Fund Financing franchises which are closely originating credit through Alternative Investment Origination in order to distribute them into the capital markets. This strong Engineering expertise is contributing to the diversification of our Flow and Non-Flow Syndication groups who are in charge of the underwriting of loans and bonds and to the secondary derisking of the Credit Portfolio Management of the bank.

Flow Syndicate is in charge of DCM, Corporate & Leverage Finance. Non-Flow Syndicate is responsible for real assets, fund finance and non-flow securitized products.
