Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Processing all tour and FIT reservations
- Maintaining tour blocks in Property Manager
- Entering rooming lists and assigning rooms
- Checking in/out tour groups on a daily basis
- Balancing all tour master accounts
- Coordinating all tour group meal requirements
- Preparing initial and final invoicing of all tour accounts
- Responding to inquiries from Tour companies via phone, fax or email
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
- Hourly pay rate of $26.44 to $30.21
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of six months, recent experience (in the last five years) during a peak season within Front Office, Reservations, or Tours at The Fairmont Empress or another property of comparable size and service
