As a Hybrid Analyst for Production Support, engage with the IWS application while working in downtown Toronto two days a week. This role requires a combination of technical support and analytical problem-solving skills.
Your responsibilities focus on providing production support and independently resolving complex issues within the IWS framework. You'll accurately assess existing application flows and contribute to a seamless migration to new platforms, particularly during QA and UAT phases. Effective preparations for implementation and subsequent support will also be part of your duties.
