The Opportunity

Zurich Canada is looking for a Third Party Risk Manager to direct planning, execution, and measurement of strategic and transformational initiatives for business units and enterprise-wide initiatives. This role reports to the SVP Chief Transformation Officer and involves engaging the senior team to shape and drive transformational projects.

This role requires a hybrid work model: three days per week of in-person presence.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency and profitability.
• Own the Canada Third‑Party Risk Management framework, including supplier identification, concentration risk, governance standards, and compliance with Group policies and local regulatory expectations (e.g., OSFI E21).
