We are seeking a Thermal BMS Engineer to develop and validate thermal management strategies for battery systems, ensuring safety, performance, and efficiency of EV batteries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize thermal management strategies for BMS
• Analyze battery thermal behavior (cooling, heating, heat dissipation)
• Support thermal modeling & simulation (MATLAB/Simulink / CFD tools)
• Work on temperature sensing, control logic, and protection strategies
• Perform testing & validation (lab, vehicle, or HIL)
• Analyze results and perform debugging & RCA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BMS, mechanical, system)
