Senior Executive Vice-President, Finance and Information Systems

Thales has appointed Jérémie Papin to this role, effective from July 1, 2026. He succeeds Pascal Bouchiat and will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Patrice Caine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, management control, mergers and acquisitions, tax and treasury functions.
• Lead investor relations activities and information systems management.
• Provide strategic input to the Thales Executive Committee and senior leadership.

Background

Prior to joining Thales, Papin served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Officer at Nissan Motor Co., where he managed finance, control, mergers and acquisitions, tax, treasury, investor relations and information systems. He previously held senior roles in Renault and the Renault-Nissan Alliance, focusing on business development, planning and strategy.
