Key Responsibilities

• Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test execution reports
• Manage functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Ensure quality delivery within project timelines
• Defect tracking, reporting, and resolution management
• Mentor and guide QA team members
