In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead, coach, and support a test engineering team, creating a positive, inclusive environment where people can do their best work and grow their careers.Define and implement the overall test strategy and roadmap for products and solutions, aligning with business priorities and customer needs.Oversee the planning, design, development, and execution of test systems, fixtures, and automated test solutions for hardware, software, and integrated systems.Partner with design, manufacturing, quality, and product management teams to ensure test requirements are clear, feasible, and integrated early in the development lifecycle.Drive standardization and continuous improvement of test processes, documentation, and tools to increase reliability, efficiency, and scalability.Use data and metrics to monitor test performance, analyze failure trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
