To manage a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and lead the development of a portfolio Retail and Impulse accounts in each geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreecl Perfect Store standards.
**Business Planning**
Develop and execute the Field Sales business plan for the assigned territory.
Monitor and manage the KPIs of both the Field Sales Team and the Field Sales Agency (if applicable).
Ensure the achievement of predefined KPI targets, including store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store implementation, and more.
