Position Overview

Two tenure‑track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) area, commencing July 1, 2027 . These positions are subject to budgetary approval.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $170,000 (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Eligibility

• PhD in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Entry‑level appointment (provisional level); candidates who expect to complete their PhD within one year of the appointment start date are encouraged to apply
• At least one of the positions requires research expertise in Human Resource Management
