Advanced microelectronics plays a critical role in driving innovation and technological advancements across various industries and is the foundation of today’s interconnected world. We are particularly interested in candidates who have expertise in advanced micro/nanofabrication processes, such as nanolithography, advanced thin film deposition and etching, etc.; 3D integrated circuits, such as heterogeneous integration, high-density interconnects, wafer bonding, thermal management, etc.; advanced packaging technologies, such as system-in-package, flip-chip packaging, etc.
