Job Description: 

Post: Temporary Consultant Physician in Geriatric Medicine

Location: Sligo University Hospital / Our Lady's Hospital Manorhamilton 

Tenure: Temporary and Whole-time

Contracts:

  • Specified Purpose period up until the permanent post is filled by Public Appointments Service or until alternative arrangement is in place.

    • Professional Qualifications: Applicants must have relevant experience and Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialties of geriatric medicine and general (internal) medicine.

    Start date: As soon as possible / August 2026
