Job Responsibilities

Develops, implements and administers cost-effective benefits programs such as pension plans and life, health, and disability insurance | May also administer the organization's Employee Assistance Program. | May also be required to be a subject matter expertise in the area of Disability Management and Attendance Support to ensure timely and effective case management.

Assist our Plan Members with day-to-day medical and dental claims and health benefit-related questions

Audit retirement plan eligibility and participant data such as employee and employer contributions; resolve discrepancies within system and with record-keeper
