What you will do in this role
- Manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, guiding managers and employees on People-related topics and policies.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers by providing HR consulting on performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends, creating clear insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and process improvements, while reinforcing company values and contributing to a positive work environment.
