Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

The resource, included in the Technical Support team and reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager, will carry out technical support activities at our Italian and international customers, not only in the automotive sector, but also in the refrigeration, food and pharmaceutical sectors.

In particular, will be employed to identify and repair faults, carry out preventive and extraordinary maintenance, start up new systems, provide telephone assistance, hold training courses at the customers' premises, and manage internal technical reporting activities.

Profile

Candidates with the following requirements will be considered:

• Mechanical, electrical or electronic technical training (high school degree or equivalent);


• good knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams;
