About the Role

We are seeking a Technology Support Engineer to join our Software Support team , supporting advanced process modelling and digital solutions used by leading energy and industrial clients worldwide.

In this role, you will act as a customer-facing consultant , supporting proprietary process modelling, emissions monitoring and mass balance reconciliation software across refining and upstream applications. You’ll work closely with clients, project teams, and R&D to ensure high-quality software support, contribute to innovation initiatives, and help grow our software business.
