Job Description As a Technology Support I team member within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Be part of the team responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, ensuring a seamless user experience. Job responsibilities Provide end-to-end production support across applications both internal and external developed Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents while meeting SLAs and cutoffs. Drive root-cause analysis and preventive fixes to reduce repeat issues.
