10+ years of hands-on experience designing, supporting, or administering P25 (Project 25) radio communication networks, preferably within Motorola environments 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing public safety radio networks and telecommunications operations Strong expertise with Motorola public safety radio systems and network infrastructure Hands-on experience with encryption technologies and equipment, including KMF (Key Management Facility), KMF Workstation, and KVL (Key Variable Loader) Experience using Motorola ZoneWatch, Provisioning Manager (PM), Unified Event Manager (UEM), or equivalent radio network management tools Strong knowledge of Land Mobile Radio (LMR/LMRN) systems, public safety communications, and mission-cri...
