Role Purpose
The Technician Relations Manager is the first point of contact for GWS field technicians and is responsible for providing clear communication, administrative support and coordination between technicians and internal departments, without requiring technical expertise.
Work setup: Hybrid
Main Responsibilities
Maintain regular contact with travel technicians via email, phone, meetings and site visits
Provide accurate and timely information as the primary contact for technicians
Communicate project assignments and ensure technicians understand requirements
Hold routine check-ins with technicians and escalate concerns when needed
Update and maintain the Qualification Matrix with accurate data
Maintain and update technician CVs with skills, experience, and project history
