Job Description
**Job Purpose :**
As a Technical Supporter, you are primarily supporting Metro/Public Railway customers, responding to technical support requests of our customers based a target-oriented, quality and cost-conscious way of working.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the primary technical contact to our local Metro/Public Railway customers field service, maintenance and technical operations contacts. Represent our company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its technical offerings.
+ Ensure close customer contact, arrange regular customer visits and communication.
+ Meet defined quality and customer satisfaction targets following company procedures and protocols.
+ Identify & understand customer needs and offer recommendations for the sales team to turn into potential sales leads based on customer experiences and demands.
