Technical Support Senior Specialist - Finland As a Technical Support Senior Specialist within Building Management Systems, you will be on the front line delivering outstanding technical support and solving technical issues for our technicians and EcoXpert partners. If you are interested in knowledge sharing, the role can also include leading product training sessions for internal and external participants. Additionally, you will create helpful resources such as FAQ articles. Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to technical inquiries, cases, and issues via phone or email. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems by applying your technical knowledge and using available resources and tools. Document cases and solutions to build a knowledge base and facilitate future support for both technician partners and customers.
