Position Details
Responsibilities - Responsible for supporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts
- Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, customer communications and technical troubleshooting support. Assigned to multiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technical feature sets.
- Use provided network troubleshooting tools to perform basic probing/diagnosis to fix issues and route tickets to appropriate teams for further resolution
- Coordinates with field support organizations to install/fix network issues
Qualifications - Basic Telecom, MS-Office, ATT Products, Networks Fundamentals, Network Design Level 1
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (CEFR B2 and above)
Desired Qualifications - Works on problems of extremely complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation covering all aspects of IP based networking
