Technical Support

As a Technical Support, you will ensure Baker Hughes Drilling Services has proper tracking, management and improvement of performance in performance-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
• Subject Matter Expert for his/her area of support
• Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls, and technical papers)
• Share knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories, and lessons learned to the knowledge management database
• Follow up on field failures that require technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field
• Raise alerts across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job
• Coaching the Wellsite field population
