Role Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for end‑to‑end implementation, support, configuration, and optimization of SAP SF modules—primarily Employee Central (EC) , Time Off , and Onboarding . This role demands strong functional expertise, client‑facing capability, experience with multiple full‑cycle implementations, and the ability to lead workshops, solution designs, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. SuccessFactors Implementation & Enhancements
  Lead full lifecycle implementations across EC, Time Off, and Onboarding (ONB). Conduct Business Process Study, requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, and configuration using workbooks. Manage Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Go‑Live, and Hypercare activities. Prepare user manuals, deliver end‑user training, and support audit readiness.
• 2. Module Expertise – EC, Time Management & Onboarding
