Responsibilities and Requirements: 

Provide technical direction for the Lab Ops Microbiology team on day-to-day issues

Ensure compliance to all relevant procedures and practices and ensure recommended improvements are implemented.

Troubleshoot technical issues and lead investigations through scientific problem-solving approaches.
