How does your job as a Technical Sales Assistant look like?
As Technical Sales Assistant you will be responsible for selecting growers and developing trials plans together with Crop Specialist and Sales Representatives. You also will be responsible for implementing trials and evaluation of the varieties.
You will create sales opportunities according to the commercial and crop strategy, in order to increase Rijk Zwaan market share in São Paulo State. You will be giving technical advises to growers about Rijk Zwaan varieties.
- You will also be responsible to acquire detailed knowledge of the regional market for all crops developed in terms of segments, products, and opportunities, through regular market visits and supporting the Crop Specialist/Sales Representative.What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, or a technical degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the horticulture industry.
