This critical role involves bridging the gap between the platform's strategic capabilities and our internal users' ability to leverage them.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the current high-friction onboarding process into a scalable, self-serve model, reducing technical bottlenecks, and fostering a robust internal developer community.

As a highly technical partner, you possess mid-level coding experience that allows you to confidently navigate, set up, and make minor contributions directly to the codebase to streamline integration for our users.
