The Salesforce Technical Lead role combines architecture, performance, integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft), CI/CD and team leadership. This role is aimed at an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead.
YOUR MISSIONS
As a Salesforce Technical Lead (M/F), you hold a strategic, technical and managerial role.
- Design robust and scalable Salesforce architectures with business teams
- Optimise performance and ensure adherence to best practices
- Oversee integrations (API REST/SOAP, MuleSoft)
- Define and implement deployment strategies (CI/CD)
- Lead data migration and recovery
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Mentor developers and foster skills development
- Identify risks, propose optimisations and ensure overall technical coherence
Qualifications
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
