Lead and guide a team of data engineers on multiple projects. Work on data preparation and pipeline development for predictive modeling. Tasks include: data interrogation, exploratory data analysis, profiling, and reconciliation. Create, revise, and monitor data pipelines based on input from product managers and data scientists. Develop and manage features, including initial testing. Collaborate with other staff like product managers, data scientists, and architects to solve problems. Create and manage data assets, datasets, and code with a focus on simplicity, scalability, reusability, and clear documentation. QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of relevant data engineering experience. Deep experience implementing DBT and leading ETL/ELT development. Extensive hands‑on experience with specific AWS technologies: Redshift, MWAA, EMR, and Glue. SQL and Python. Experience building machine learning data pipelines and features for predictive modeling. Salary: 150-220k
