Job Summary
The Technical Implementation Engineer II serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues that are escalated from program support and internal teams. The position provides in-depth technical support across multiple departments—including Development, Engineering, SQA, Product Management, and Project Management—driving resolution, fully documenting solutions in CRM, and cross‑training other Technical Implementation Engineers. The role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of utility business functions, and support for the Technical Implementation Manager in deploying company solutions to customers. The engineer also supports company test environments, test lab and associated suite of test cases, and beta versions of products to provide feedback to Engineering.
