**Technical and Aftermarket Manager - Oslo - Heavy Plant**
We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Dealer Manager to lead their aftersales service operations in Norway. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing dealer service capabilities.
**The requirements of the Technical and Aftermarket Manager will be**:
- Build and maintain dealer relationships
- Coordinate warranty processes, claim approvals, and follow-up resolutions, overseeing where required
- Provide technical support and guidance to dealers where required
- Implementing and managing dealer processes
- Train dealer service teams on diagnostics, repairs, and LiuGong systems
