The Role

This isn’t a typical account manager position.

You’ll be the face of Ironguard IT to one of our most important clients—a complex, fast-moving organization with real infrastructure, real stakes, and people who expect answers, not excuses. You will own this relationship completely: showing up to meetings, staying ahead of issues, keeping projects moving, and communicating clearly with everyone from end users to senior leadership.

You need to be the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately makes people feel like they’re in good hands—and then actually delivers on that.
