As part of the TechOps Support Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Monzonauts have the tools and support they need to perform their work daily. You’ll act as the first point of contact for internal technical issues, delivering a positive, empathetic, and trust‑building service experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer technical queries and questions in Slack.
- Help colleagues resolve issues face to face or via video call.
- Order laptops and peripherals.
- Deliver laptop onboarding sessions for new Monzonauts.
- Manage macOS devices using Jamf.
- Carry out basic admin actions across various SaaS platforms.
