Imagine starting your day by creating purchasing requests for services and indirect supplies, ensuring smooth operations. You’ll manage time sheets, recording working hours and absences, and generate utilization tables and overtime reports. Your role will also involve supporting the team with travel bookings, visa applications, and creating expense reports. You’ll maintain communication with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments, and support the organization of internal gatherings and corporate events.
