Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our Market Mall shop. Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment. Provide leadership and support to the shop team while maintaining company standards and policies.
