Team Leader, Sales Operations & Enablement is responsible for administering, coordinating, and executing sales enablement and sales operations activities to support consistent program execution and drive sales productivity. It partners cross‑functionally to deliver training programs, track performance metrics, and ensure effective use of tools and platforms. Additionally, the position prepares reports and dashboards to monitor training participation, sales outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
