Responsibilities:

Leading a team of production employees and encouraging positive team dynamics,

Monitor daily production processes and ensure efficiency and quality,

Training and development of team members to improve their skills and performance,

Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement,

Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations,

Report to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks.
