Your role

The Team Leader – Operations & Strategic Partnerships reports directly to the Chief Partnerships and Advancement Officer and plays a key role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and institutional coordination.

Strategic Partnerships & CRM Strategy

• Develop, negotiate, implement, and manage major strategic partnerships involving multiple University entities
• Support the development of large-scale partnerships, ensuring alignment with the University’s strategic priorities and external engagement objectives
• Monitor partnership performance and contribute to strategic reporting and decision-making at institutional level
• Provide expert support to staff involved in public–public and public–private partnerships, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance
