The Team Leader, Construction Services, ensures the quality of service delivery within the service line at a site with a large construction program. The incumbent ensures compliance with service line policies and procedures, and manages contract-related risks. The incumbent leads a team of professionals and manages the human resources responsibilities for the team. The incumbent also manages the Client‑Partner relationship. The incumbent develops creative solutions and ensures the team is focused on collaboration, and quality and timeliness of deliverables.
